What We Have to Offer

In addition to gorgeous flowers, we have many beautiful rental items such as vases, candleholders, ceremony pieces, and décor items. We also offer delivery, set-up, and pick-up services.

The Meeting

I would love to meet with you at a coffee shop, your venue, or any other place that is convenient for you.  Most of our weddings and events take place in Omaha, Lincoln, and surrounding areas, and I am happy to travel to where you are.  I have a flexible schedule, meaning I am available for evening and weekend meetings.  If you live out of state, you're not out of luck.  I often meet with clients via FaceTime or Skype.

During our meeting, we will discuss the vision of your wedding or event including venue, color palette, style, number of guests, rental options, and types of flowers you do (and don't) like.  We will look at inspiration pictures, invites, clothing choices, lists of people who will be receiving flowers, and any other details that you would like to discuss.

We will also be going over your event flower budget.  While our designs are all custom and every wedding and event is different, I know that it is very hard to estimate what this number might be.   We have done events in many price ranges and are happy to make suggestions to help you in creating the best floral budget for you.  We suggest requesting a pricing guide to help with this process.  You can request a pricing guide when filling out the contact form. 

You will walk away from our first meeting, knowing that we have a great plan in place.  A written proposal will follow in about a week after our initial meeting.  Of course, adjustments can be made to the proposal until 30 days prior to the event.

Saving the Date

A $200.00 retainer fee is required to save your date.  We are very careful and deliberate in making sure that your event is our top priority and so we limit the number of events that we take on.  The sooner we hear from you, the more likely it is that your date will be available.  

The Final Call

We are always available by phone or email to discuss any changes or questions that you might have along the way and we would love to meet with you one more time, about four weeks before your event, to go over final details.  

The Big Day

We will arrive at your wedding or event on time, smiling, and ready to set things up.  This includes delivery to multiple venues for weddings.  We will also make arrangements to pick up any rental items from your venue at a time and location that is convenient for you.
